Worth Warlick

Worth Warlick, age 91, formerly of Forest City, NC died March 15, 2011 at Crawley Hospital in Boiling Springs, NC.
Worth was born December 30, 1919 in Rutherford County, NC to the late Fons Avery Warlick and Daisy Dale Warlick. He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the US Army. He worked as a self-employed painter and was a Baptist. He was known for his keen sense of humor and his love for little children. He was a 'people person' who enjoyed flea markets, trips to the mountains and studying his bible.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Gregory Warlick; six sisters, Carie Warlick, Macie Warlick, Laura Morrow, Hester Coffey, Ardie Hill and Ida Pitman; three brothers, Tate Warlick, Arie Warlick and Frank Warlick.
Survivors include his wife, Ola Mae Warlick; three sons, Douglas Warlick and wife, Dot, Michael Warlick and wife, Gail and Steve Warlick all of Gastonia. He is also survived by two grandsons, Steven Wayne Warlick and Michael Aaron Warlick.
