William Sexton

William "Billy" Sexton II, age 47, of Ellenboro, died Monday, February 19, 2018 at the Carolinas Medical Center-Cleveland.
Born May 21, 1970 in Rutherford County, he was the son of the late William Clyde Sexton and Alice McDaniel Sexton. He worked as a dry wall installer for many years and was an avid wrestling and car racing fan.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Austin Sexton; one sister, Luann Kennedy and a brother, Johnny Bradley.
Survivors include one daughter, Desiree Dobbins of Forest City; five sons, Shawn Sexton of Gaffney, SC, James Lancaster of Pennsylvania, Kevin Lancaster of Bostic, Zachary Sexton and Patrick Sexton both of Kings Mountain; three sisters, Patsy Mode of Spindale, Alice Faye Bradley of Spindale, Joyce Smith and husband, Gene of Forest City and a brother, Larry Bradley of Spindale.
The funeral service will be conducted at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 25, 2018 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Chad Sisk officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the church.
