Rosella Bridges

Rosella 'Rosie' Morrow Bridges, age 74, of Forest City, NC, died Friday, December 24, 2010 at Rutherford Hospital.
Rosie was born on March 15, 1936 in Rutherford County, NC, to the late Elmer 'Buddy' Morrow and Laura Warlick Morrow. She was a homemaker and a member of Alexander Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking, sewing and taking care of her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Charles, Jack, Jerry, Joe Morrow and four sisters, Ruth Moore, Martha McDaniel, Betty Bostic and Irene Splawn.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years, William C. Bridges; one daughter, Vicki Shehan of Rutherfordton; four sons, Jeff Bridges and wife, Crystal, Jimmy Bridges, Gary Bridges and Richard Bridges all of Forest City; four sisters, Rebecca Davis of Forest City, Linda Vallecillo of Forest City, Susan Dycus of Harris and Donna Roach of Ellenboro. She is also survived eight grandchildren and three great granchildren.
