Robert "Jack" Lee

Robert “Jack” Lee, age 66, of Mooresboro, peacefully passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at his home.

Jack was born Sunday, December 15, 1957 in Cleveland County to the late L.B. Lee and Louise Turner Lee. He worked as a mechanic for Tommy Randall Trucking in Shelby and enjoyed helping his sons with their businesses. Jack’s favorite pastimes were fishing, hunting and gardening. He loved spending time with family, especially his youngest granddaughter.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his life companion, Mary Lee; sisters, Sybil Crain and Ellen Pruett; brothers, L.B. “Bones” Lee and Roy Lee.

Left to treasure his memory are his sons, Jack Lee (Tori) of Mooresboro, David Lee of Boiling Springs, NC and Jerry Lee (Brittney) of Boiling Springs, NC; brother, Timmy Lee (Sherry) of Shelby; sister, Faye Bridges of Shelby; twelve grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

A gathering of family and friends to honor Jack’s life will be held from 2:00 until 4:00 pm on Sunday, June 30th at Harrelson Funeral Home.
