Rebbeca Mode

Rebecca “Diane” Mode, age 74, of Bostic, NC, died Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at her residence.

Diane was born July 24, 1945 in Rutherford County to the late Merlin Webb and Carrie Morrow Webb. She loved to garden and enjoyed dancing. Diane’s joy in life came from having good times with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Michael Webb and a grandson, Josie Bright.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Brandy Mode (Roger Ledford) of Bostic; son, Berry Lowery (Debra) of Rutherfordton; five sisters, Rita Webb, Judy Crocker, Betty Story, Vanetta Humphries (David), Brenda Blanton and two brothers, J.B. Webb and Ronnie Webb (Cecilia). She is also survived by four grandchildren, Olivia Lowery, Josh Lowery, Taylor Lowery, Desee Lowery and beloved friends, Glenesa Causby and Payton Bradley.

A memorial service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 1, 2019 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
