Luis Dejesus

Luis Manuel DeJesus, age 77, of Forest City, passed away Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

Luis was born March 13, 1943 in Pensacola, Florida. He worked as a Tugboat Operator for many years and enjoyed fishing, racing, going to auctions and working at the produce stand. He will be missed dearly by all who knew him.

Those left to cherish his memory include his life-long partner, Jackie Stafford; brothers, Marvin Andrew Stafford (Teresa), William Stafford (Cynthia) and Marvin John Stafford (Janie); niece, Lindsey Stafford and nephews, Andrew Stafford and William Stafford, Jr.

A gathering of family and friends to honor Luis’ life will be conducted at 12:00 pm, Sunday, October 4th at 1641 Harris-Holly Springs Road in Rutherfordton.
