Linda Wall Price

Linda Wall Price, age 80, of Cliffside, passed away Friday, March 10, 2023 at her residence, while under hospice care.

Linda was born Thursday, November 19, 1942 in Cleveland County to the late Eldridge Wall and Geneva Smith Wall. She worked as a weaver for Cone Mills-Avondale Plant for thirty years before retirement. Linda was a past member of Race Path Baptist Church and was devoted to her Lord and Savior. She enjoyed quilting, reading and bird watching. Linda was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of thirty-three years, Roger “Dale” Price; daughters, Sharon Lynn Goode, Patricia Darlene Goode; son, Randall Scott Goode; stepson, Jason Price; grandsons, Travis Vickers; granddaughter, Kristi Lynn Vickers and eleven brothers and sisters.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, David Goode (Susan); daughter, Barbara Vickers (Tim); stepdaughter, Roni Price (James “Jim Bob” Conner) all of Cliffside. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Chasity Mask, Blake Goode, Jason “Little J” Price, Cody Van Dyke, Taylor Goode and five great-grandchildren.

In accordance with her wishes, no formal services will be held.
