Laura Lane Wise, age 61, or Mt. Holly, NC, passed away Saturday, December 27, 2025 at the Wexford House in Denver, NC.
Laura was born October 29, 1964 in Rutherford County to Reid Lane and who resides in Rutherfordton and the late Gail Dimsdale Lane. She worked many years as an accounts payable manager. Laura enjoyed hiking and especially spending time with her family and friends. She was a precious daughter to her parents and was loved dearly by all who knew her.
Those left to cherish her memory include her father, Reid Lane; daughter, Sarah Emily Wise of Mt. Holly; son, Michael Thomas Lane of Rutherfordton; grandchildren, Alice, Leon and Charlotte Smith all of Simpsonville, SC and her sister, Karen Michele Ligotino of Apex, NC.
No formal services will be conducted.
