Kelly Sisk

Kelly Date Sisk, age 55, of Forest City, NC, died Sunday, March 13, 2011 at Rutherford Hospital.
Kelly was born on March 5, 1956 in Denver, CO. to the late Richard Date and Joyce Canady Date. She worked as a Waitress and Cook for many years and had most recently worked at the Gilkey Service Center. She was a member of Spindale Fellowship Holiness Church and enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Jeff Date.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Sisk; four children, Eric Date and wife, Michelle of Mooresboro, Chad Sisk and wife, Katie of Union Mills, Natalie Deyton and husband, Clinton of Bostic and Rodney Sisk of Mooresboro; one sister, Dee Picquet of Green Bay, WI; five brothers, Tim Date and wife, Doris of Tallahassee, FL, Rick Date and wife, Jo of Shiloh, Pat Date and wife, Sherry of Mooresboro, Terry Date and wife, Sharon of Bostic and Mike Date of Gilkey. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, Corey Date, Ryan Date, Amber Sommerfeldt, Emily Sommerfeldt, Harley Moore, Justin Sisk, Leah Whiteside, Micah Deyton, Shanna Deyton, Clint Deyton and Wyatt Deyton.
