Judy Bradley Cox

Judy Bradley Cox, age 70, of Rutherfordton, passed away Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills in Forest City.

Judy was born Tuesday, July 20, 1954 in Rutherford County to the late Ernest Bradley and Lollie Sisk Bradley. She was a dedicated homemaker. Judy enjoyed fishing and playing games on her phone. She loved her pet dogs, Fatty, Bandit and Rowdy. Judy attended Spindale Fellowship Holiness.

In addition to her family, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Lollie Bradley and brothers, Billie Bradley, Roy Bradley and Donald Bradley.

Survivors include her husband of forty-two years, James Cox; sons, Randy Bradley (Lori) and Ronnie Bradley all of Bostic; sister, Beatrice Splawn of Harris; brother, Tom Bradley of Gilkey; grandchildren, Chris Carroll and Jessica Ridgewell (Jimmy); great-grandchildren, Nova, Ruby, Luna, River and Rhythm Ridgewell.

The funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 pm on Thursday, July 10th at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Chad Sisk officiating. A private burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
