Joseph Lowery

Joseph Lowery, age 46, of Rutherfordton, passed away at his home on Monday, December 1, 2025.

Joseph was born on November 7, 1979 in Knoxville, Tennessee to June Cribbs of Forest City and Oliver R. Lowery who resides in Lenoir City, Tennessee. He was a known as a quiet soul who was always respectful of others. Joseph was a private person who had a huge heart for others.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Jerimy W. Lowery.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Justin A Lowery and a sister, Jennifer E. McNabb both of Lenoir City, TN; uncle, John Cribbs; aunt, Liz Holiday; great aunt, Virginia Blakley and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will conduct a private celebration of Joseph’s life.
