James Mason Justice

James Mason Justice, age 75, of Forest City, passed away, Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at Henderson Care.

James was born Thursday, January 15, 1948 in Rutherford County to the late William Granville Justice and Betty Smith Justice. He worked in the kitchen at Broughton Hospital in Morganton for many years. James enjoyed oil painting. He was a faithful member of the Church of the Exceptional.

Those left to cherish his memory include two sons, Stuart Justice and Shawn Justice both of Forest City; grandsons, Wesley Gavin Justice and Mason Seth Justice (Roanne); great-grandchildren, Clover Justice and Jasper Justice and the mother of his children, Verna Lynn Lingerfelt of Vale, NC.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 11^th at Hickory Grove Cemetery in Hickory Grove, SC with Reverend Ernie Cole officiating.
