Gatlin Jameson Lancaster

Gatlin Jameson Lancaster was born into the arms of angels Saturday May 30th at UNC Health Blue Ridge in Morganton, NC. Born at 30 weeks he weighed 3lbs 2oz and was 14.5 long. Gatlin had a rare heart condition that only 1 in 200k babies are born with. 

Although Gatlin never spent any time here with us on earth, he was very loved and touched so many lives. His big brother and sister made sure every day up until his passing that he knew how much we all loved him. 

He is survived by his parents Jamie Lancaster and Jessica Conley of Rutherfordton, NC. Brother Kaison Conley and sister Jayley Lancaster (of the home.) Paternal grandparents TC and Sherry Silvers of Rutherfordton, NC and Michael Lancaster of Nevada. Maternal grandparents Wesley and Angela Atchley of Rutherfordton NC. And lots of Aunts, uncles, cousins and close family who will miss him dearly. 

A private family graveside service will be held at a later date. Jamie and Jessica would like to personally thank all the Drs, nurses and medical staff that were involved in his care for all their love, compassion and support during this journey. 

Dearest baby, please know that you were one of our greatest blessings. Heaven's gain is our loss.
