Donna Buff Waters

Donna Buff Waters, age 68, of Cliffside, passed away Sunday, December 21, 2025 at Atrium Health-Cleveland in Shelby.

Donna was born Thursday, April 25, 1957 in Rutheford County to the late Elbert Buff and Lucille Adair Buff. She worked in textiles for many years, having worked for John H. Montgomery and Reeves Brothers in Chesnee. She also worked at Edgewood Nursing Home as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Donna enjoyed cooking for her family, going shopping at consignment shops, but most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Joe and Dale Buff and a grandson, Jacob Robbins.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Stephanie Robbins (Chad) of Mooresboro; sons, Joshua Robbins and Justin Robbins (Britney) of Cliffside and Christopher Buff of SC; brother, Matthew Buff of Rutherfordton; sister, Patty Bridges (David) of Mt. Holly, NC; thirteen grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.

No formal services will be conducted.
