David Moore

David Ervin Moore, age 92, of Mooresboro, NC, passed away Sunday, January 21, 2007 at his home following an extended illness. Mr. Moore was born March 14, 1914 in Rutherford County to the late Hubert Moore and Zula Ledford Moore. He has been a lifelong resident of Rutherford County. He worked for Burlington Industries for over 50 years. He was preceded in death by his wife Cora Moore in 1993.

Mr. Moore is survived by four sons, Harold Moore and his wife Rhonda of Mooresboro, NC, Ronald Moore and his wife Nancy of Mooresboro, NC, Donald Moore and his wife Lynn of Ellenboro, NC, and Johnny Moore and his wife Martha of Harris, NC; two daughters, Carolyn Walters of Union Mills, NC, and Teresa Lovelace and her husband Bobby of Mooresboro, NC. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
