Billie Waters Reece

Billie Jo Waters Reece, age 42, of Mooresboro, NC, died Thursday, July 11, 2019 at her residence.

Billie Jo was born October 27, 1976 in Rutherford County to Billy Waters who resides in Forest City and the late Regina Sprouse. She was a graduate of R-S Central High School, class of 1994 and graduated with honors from Isothermal Community College. She worked as a CNA for several years and was a dedicated wife, mother and homemaker. Billie Jo was known for her creativity and enjoyed spending time with her family and going on camping trips.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband of nineteen years, Ronald D. Reece; three daughters of the home, Kaitlyn Reece, Jessica Reece and Chelsey Reece and one brother, Kenny Waters of Mooresboro.

A funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 14, 2019 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Ernie Cole officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
