Andre Moore

Andre Devonnie Moore, Jr. of Forest City, died December 28, 2008 at Rutherford Hospital.
The infant son of Tiffanie Amber Spears and Andre Devonnie Moore both of Forest City, is also survived by two sisters, Cadyn Spears and Harmony Owens and a brother, Colby; grandmothers, Stephanie Hollifield of Caroleen and Ada Gillam of Forest City; grandparents, Johnny 'Chubby' and Katina Simpson of Shiloh; great grandparents, Steve and Joan Hollifield of Forest City; great grandmother, Annie Ruth Smith of Pea Ridge and one great-great grandmother, Madelyn Hawkins of Caroleen. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles.
